Definitions

• Member - an appointed member of WCHC, an emeritus member, a former member, or a Friends member
• Volunteer - a non-member who has helped or expressed a willingness to help with an event
• Guest - someone who is to be invited to an event
• Donor - someone who has contributed an item or money to WCHC
• Fan - a non-member having an interest in or who should be informed about the WCHC
• Media - an entity that publishes a calendar of events or otherwise publicizes events

Contact Status

• Active - contact information is good
• Deceased - self-explanatory
• Inactive - contact information is bad, but not deceased as far as we know

Donor Definitions

• Active - contact information is good
